The Promosport Surfshop merchandise is all already present in our stores and warehouses on Italian territory.

Damaged packages

“ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION".

Returns

If you want to return one or more purchased products, you can do so within 15 days of purchase.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made immediately upon receipt of the returned goods. The product must be intact, undamaged and unused, complete with packaging and / or packaging.
